C-Store
Hall of Fame
In 2001, Deli Express was voted Vendor of the Year and inducted
into the Convenience Store Industry Hall of Fame. Deli Express joins
such well-known and highly regarded companies as Anheuser-Busch,
Frito Lay, Coca-Cola and M&M/Mars in this honor.
Acknowledging the award, CEO Tom Sween said:
"The Vendor of the Year c-store award takes
the Deli Express brand to another level. We wouldn't be the number
one selling sandwich without the strong support of our c-store partners
and dedicated employees."

Deli Express Sandwiches Receive Award of Excellence in Professional
Taste Test |
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minnesota (May 2, 2002)—Fast and convenient,
but do you think about great taste when you think about sandwiches
sold in convenience stores? You should.
Deli Express, the #1 selling sandwich in convenience stores nationwide
has been given an Award of Excellence by the American Tasting Institute.
The blind judging was conducted by a panel of professional chefs
in San Francisco. A variety of sandwiches sold in convenience stores
