Every Deli Express sandwich is made in Eden Prairie, MN using time-tested methods, the most modern equipment, careful inspection and rigid quality control.
Our sandwich makers are trained, dependable and enthusiastic—it's the right environment to meet the demand for over 1,000,000 quality sandwiches a week.
This kind of volume (our sandwiches sell so quickly) also helps ensure freshness. Of course, we start with only the freshest breads, then add quality meats, cheeses and other ingredients, many from names you already know and trust, like John Morrell® ham, and Jennie-O® turkey.
Once our sandwiches are prepared, we package them carefully using a state-of-the-art process called MAP—Modified Atmosphere Packaging. This process helps maintain the high quality ingredients so that Deli Express products will taste better, look better, and stay fresh longer.
